Terms of Service

1. The Service

WarmRamp helps improve the sending reputation of email accounts you own or are authorized to connect, by exchanging automated warmup email between mailboxes in a shared pool and reporting on deliverability health (SPF/DKIM/MX status, spam-placement testing, inbox/spam landing trends).

2. Your responsibilities

• You must only connect mailboxes you own or have explicit authorization to use.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the mailbox credentials you provide, and for keeping your account login secure.
• You may not use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, or any unlawful content through the mailboxes you connect, or to circumvent another provider's terms of service.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement (at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Plans, billing, and trial

• We offer a Starter plan ($19/month, 1–3 mailboxes) and a Team plan ($49/month, 4–10 mailboxes). Pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
• New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be automatically charged for the plan you selected, and your subscription will renew monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancelling during the trial means you will not be charged. Cancelling after you have been charged stops future renewals, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period — see Section 4.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

4. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for charges already processed. If you no longer want to be billed, cancel before your trial ends or before your next renewal date. We may make exceptions at our sole discretion, or where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably believe you are using the Service to send spam or unlawful content, violating a connected mailbox provider's terms, attempting to abuse or disrupt the Service (including its infrastructure or other customers' mailboxes), or otherwise breaching these Terms.

6. No deliverability guarantee

Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control, including your sending domain's history, your mailbox provider's spam filtering, and your own sending practices. We do not guarantee that using the Service will prevent your email from being marked as spam or guarantee any specific inbox placement outcome.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmRamp and Bloom Wing Technology Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as described in Section 5. Sections 4, 6, and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify account owners by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
